DURARE in the forest is set to be an epic event that will test your strength and endurance both physically and mentally in the tough forest terrain environment. All are welcome to join in, we have both Open & Pro Divisions to suit all ability levels.

WHAT IS DURARE?
DURARE is an endurance challenge built around a simple but brutal flow:-
Labour ... 600m run .... labour ... 600m run ....
All labours and runs include the carrying of a sandbag
This event is designed so that anyone can take part, from first-timers to elite athletes, because you finish at your own pace
CHOOSE YOUR DIVISION/WEIGHT
Open Pro
FEMALE - Solo or Pairs 10KG 15KG
MALE - Solo or Pairs 20KG 25KG
MIXED PAIRS 15KG 20KG
(Shared Sandbag in pairs)
COMPLETE THE 8 LABOURS
Each Labour is followed by a run:
60 Lateral Burpees → 600m Run
60m Bear Crawl → 600m Run
60 Thrusters → 600m Run
60m Lunges → 600m Run
60 Box Step-Overs → 600m Run
60 Seated Twists → 600m Run
60 Squats → 600m Run
60 Ground-to-Overheads → 600m Run
